In Memory of TSN
1985 – 2026 · TSN / The Supply Team · Coder & Graphician
TSN was a pioneering Danish scener and founding member of The Supply Team, one of the most prolific demo groups of the mid-1980s. Known by his initials, TSN began his journey in the Commodore 64 demoscene in 1985, quickly establishing himself as both a skilled coder and talented graphician who would help define the early demo aesthetic.
Starting with The Supply Team in 1985, TSN demonstrated remarkable versatility, taking on roles as coder, fullscreen graphician, logo artist, and even hardware guru. His technical expertise extended beyond just programming – he was also known as a mega swapper and sysop, connecting the Danish scene with the broader European demoscene community. TSN briefly joined The Black Tulip in 1987 before moving to The Light Circle, but his heart remained with The Supply Team throughout his active years.
Between 1985 and 1988, TSN contributed to an impressive catalog of releases, including notable one-file demos like Satellite, Perseverance, Vendetta, and Jarre Dreams. His work on side-border graphics demos and tools like Sprite Finder V5 showcased his technical innovation during the formative years of C64 programming.
TSN’s influence extended well beyond the 1980s, returning to contribute to later projects including the Tim Follin Music Collection in 1998 and the Colour Demo in 2007. His dedication to preserving and celebrating C64 culture helped bridge the classic demoscene with new generations of enthusiasts.
